Shipping / Delivery Options
- Collection @ our office in Moreleta Park, Pretoria - East
- Nationwide Pargo Courier to Collection Point @ R99 (1 - 3 Days)
- COURIER GUY to Door (Gauteng Only) @ R90 (1 - 2 Days)
- COURIER GUY to Door (Nationwide Delivery) @ R140 (1 - 3 Days)
- Uber Same Day Delivery (If ordered before 4PM Mon-Fri and within 5km Radius of Moreletapark) @ R50
Delivery Days are:
- Work days - Monday to Friday, excludes Public Holidays and Weekends.
- Courier services will NOT deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays.
Cutoff time
- The cut off time for same day courier is 12:00am (working WEEK days).
- (NOT DELIVERED the same day / We DO NOT offer same day Courier AND Delivery)
- All orders received after 12:00am will be send the NEXT business day for delivery the FOLLOWING working day (Depending on chosen delivery option).
Guarantee / Return Policy:
- eCiggies offer a 60-day guarantee on all guaranteed items purchased except for e-liquids.
- Guaranteed items are batteries, Mod's and chargers
- The 60 day guarantee period starts from the date of purchase.
- Faulty items will be exchanged with new, similar items.
- Faulty items must be returned to us within the 60 day period via Courier/Postnet or similar with tracking number, and the tracking number must be e-mailed to us within the 60 day period.
- Replacement parts will be sent to the client via Courier.
- eCiggies does not accept phone calls or e-mails as proof that items are faulty.
- eCiggies does not accept any returns on any e-Liquid
- eCiggies will not replace items that have already been replaced within the 60 day period.
- When items are replaced, the replacement parts do not carry a new 60 day guarantee, the 60-day guarantee is still applicable from the original date of purchase.
- eCiggies does not offer ANY guarantee on ANY Cartomiser / Atomiser / Disposable Atomiser / Clearomizer
- eCiggies does not offer ANY guarantee on RBA's / RDA's.
- eCiggies does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- eCiggies DOES NOT offer a "use and test" guarantee, if a client buys a product and is not happy with the performance, it CANNOT be returned, purchased items
- (excluding atomizers / clearomizers / coils / Liquid ) can only be returned if the items are faulty AND faulty items will be replaced with the same item (if returned in the
- guarantee period).
